빨간글씨로 1,2,3,4 중에 제가 표시해야할것은 1,2,4번이 맞나요?
그리고 1번밑에 파란글씨로 이름은 신청하는 사람의 이름(제 아이들)의 이름을 넣는게 맞죠?
그런데 아래 타이틀에는 뭘 써야하는지요?그리고 3번아래 예스,노 등의 인포메이션은 변호사만 작성하나요? 아니면 2번을 표시하고 3번아래의 내용은 대리인인 부모의 이름을 넣으면 되는지요?
너무 질문이 많죠?ㅠ.ㅠ 죄송합니다.. 겨우 current status란을 통과했다고 한숨돌렸더니 마지막페이지에서 또 발목을 잡네요..
