8/4 EAD Expire 됩니다.  EAD 갱신이 만기일 이전에 안 될 경우 현실적으로

Mine will expire on August, 10 and called 1-800 to place service request on July 21, sent e-mail July 23 and got below response on 27 saying “Thank you for your inquiry. A copy of this inquiry has been forwarded to the Adjudication Officer for immediate resolution.” Tonight I got text message saying that my case has been updated, checked my case on-line and it says card production ordered. Also, you could contact your senator.

가르쳐주신 방법을 시도하고 카드가 나올 때 까지 쥐죽은 듯이 있어야 겠네요.
Absense of Leave를 해라, 유급휴가, 무급휴가를 떠나라, Terminated and rehired 등 여러
방법을 사람들이 이야기하는데 알고 보면 모두가 그 방법이 거기서 거기인 것 같습니다.
제일 확실한게 Terminated and rehired 인 것 같은데 이거 회사에 이야기 했다가
Terminated 만 될 것 같습니다.
