Now Editing “EAD 카드 연장” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요. 제가 22년 9월에 시민권을 받고 바로 와이프 영주권 신청을 했는데요. 제 I-130은 승인되었고 와이프 I-131, I-765승인되어서 일을 하고 있었는데요. 와이프 EAD가 25년 6월 20일에 만료되는데 연장하려면 다시 I-765를 접수해야하는건가요? 웹사이트를 보니 Automatic extension도 있는데 와이프의 카테고리는 C09 Pending Adjustment of Status under Section 245 of the Act로 자동으로 연장되는 것 같은데 그럼 아무것도 안해도 되는건가요? 항상 감사드립니다.
