저는 2007년 7월대란에 EB-3로 남편이 주신청자고 저는 배우자로 485을 신청했습니다
운전면허 갱신대문에 올 7월7일에 이번에도 완전정복에 나온 심사님 글 보고 765을 신청햇는데 오늘 8월12일에 REF가떳네요 (참고로 작년엔 REF없이 발급받았습니다)
무슨내용인지 어떤 편지을 보내야하는지 고수님의 답변을 기다립니다

                         REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE-FORM I-765

   EVIDENCE OF ELIGffiILITY: Submit a copy of the 1-797 approval notice or receipt notice (Notice of
Action Form 1-797C) for the 1-140, 1-360, or 1-526 that was approved in your behalf. If you have filed the
1-485 as a derivative alien, submit your spouse’s or parent’s 1-797 for his/her 1-485 AND the 1-797 or
1-797C for his/her approved or pending 1-140,1-360, or 1-526. Also, if you are claiming derivative status,
please submit a registered marriage or birth certificate as proof of relationship. If you cannot provide this
evidence of eligibility, please explain.
Note: all photocopies submitted must be clearly legible. If legible photocopies are not possible,
submit the original items with the best copies obtainable

남편분의 485접수증 카피을 보내세요. 그리고 주신청자이신 남편과의 관계를
증명해 줄 서류를(결혼 증명서/출생 증명서 등) 같이 첨부하라고 하네요.
