올 6월 말에 I140, 485와 함께 I765 (EAD) 와 I131 (AP) 를 신청했는데요 (네브라스카), 오늘 인터넷으로 확인해보니,

I765는
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On August 19, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

라고 나오고,

I131은
Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.
On August 19, 2008 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

라고 나오는데…그럼 approve 된건가요?
그렇다면 EAD나 AP 받는데 까지는 얼마나 걸리나요?

모두 승인되어 EAD는 카드를 만들어 오고, AP는 서류형태로 옵니다..
일반적으로 2주내에 주소지로 도착하는것이 정상입니다..

정보를 올리자면…
Application은 06/30/08에 접수가 되었고, Receipt notice는 07/14/08로 받았습니다. 그리고 finger는 08/07/2008에 했습니다.

비교적 빠른 프로세싱 같습니다..
