e. U.S. LPR Status of Trader or Investor: A trader or investor with the nationality of a treaty country but who holds U.S. LPR status does not qualify to bring in employees under INA 101(a)(15)(E). Moreover, stock shares owned by U.S. LPRs cannot be considered in determining the nationality of the business.

변호사님 답변 감사합니다. 혹시 그러면 E2 Visa Holder (100% 소유)가 운영중인 사업체에서는 한국에서 E2 Employee 를 비자발급하면서 데리고 올 수 있나요?

저는 미국에서 거주하면서 E2 비자로 사업체를 운영하고 있으며 인력이 필요해서 한국에서 사촌동생을 좀 데리고 오려합니다 (가족은 안되는지 안된다면 혹시 성이 다른데 가능할런지 궁금합니다)
