Now Editing “E-Commerce Operations Coordinator – Entry level” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at E-Commerce Operations Coordinator - Entry level ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Executes online content creation tied to product and promotion uploads for multiple eCommerce stores. -Works with design team to implement changes, new features and bug fixes. -Facilitates online store settings and maintenance tied to products and promotions. -Assists the manager with inventory planning and sales reporting. -Prioritize and manages product lines to ensure quick and accurate posting to the website. -Help execute online marketing strategies & promotions. -Demonstrates ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure. -Assist team member organically (Customer Service, Design, Marketing, Warehouse). -Is willing to work flexible hours as required for the Holiday season (November-December). SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a must. -Knowledge of the E-Commerce business model (i.e. Fulfillment/Shipping needs, Customer Service, User Experience, Promotions planning, etc) -Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple projects. -Understanding of development concepts: html, CSS, databases is a plus-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Very detail oriented, self-motivated and results oriented. -Photoshop and Photography experience is a plus -Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
