Position Title: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial
reporting.
2. Ensure accurate and timely multi-state sales tax compliance, including filings, remittances, and audits.
3. Oversee sales tax nexus determinations, registrations, and exemption certificate management.
4. Work closely with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shift4shop. etc.) and accounting software
QuickBooks to ensure seamless financial tracking.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
6. Collaborate with external CPAs and tax advisors to optimize tax strategies.
7. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends to provide actionable insights.
8. Develop and enforce internal financial controls and process improvements.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Expertise in multi-state sales tax compliance (Nexus, SST, taxability rules).
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GAAP, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, TaxJar, and e-commerce integrations.
• Experience with Amazon, or other online marketplaces is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus).

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am-4pm
Stipend:$70k~$90k/year
