Job Title: E -Commerce Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. E- Commerce Channel Management:
• Oversee and manage eCommerce channels, including but not limited to Amazon, Macy’s, Walmart, and Costco.
• Implement strategies to enhance product management, sales, and profitability on these platforms.
• Ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
1. Excel Expertise:
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Generate insights from data to drive operational improvements.
1. Strategy Management:
• Develop and implement an effective operations strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and mission.
• Make critical decisions related to product management, supply chain, inventory, forecasting, scheduling, quality, and facilities planning and management.*
1. Software Proficiency:
• Work with various software systems, including NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Amazon Vendor, Shipstation, and ShipHawk, to streamline operations.*

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in eCommerce channel management and logistics.
• Expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong track record in developing and executing strategic operations plans.
• High experience with software systems like NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Shipstation, and ShipHawk.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Possess expertise in logistics, and excel in data-driven decision-making.

Pay range: $80,000 – $110,000
