I. Summary

– Monitor, control and improve DSC process and Quality Document structure
– Responsible for Customer and Internal Complain (CAPA, SCAR)
– Responsible for Internal and External Audit
– Ensure quality of product and process
– Support quality manager and supervise quality team members

II. Details of Job Description

1. DSC CAPA Adminstration
-.Coordinate entire CAPA processes from CAPA request review through monitoring to closure.
-.Actively engaged in risk management, complaint handling to follow up via CAPA processes.
– Root cause analysis
2. DSC QMS process monitoring, controlling and improving
– Monitor processes whether it is compliant with QMS requirements, and give QA considerations as necessary
(e.g.:IA, EA, CAPA, Change process & etc.)
– Participate in Project CFT meeting as a Quality representative
– Participate as a CFT member in order to improve processes.
– Participate in other various quality-relevant meetings as necessary.
3. DSC Internal and External Audit Coordination
-.Coordinate to follow up all activities coming results, including corrective actions, rep
– Participate in internal audit program as lead auditor or auditor.
