1-1. Position: (근무지 : Indianapolis, IN)
– 품질 (5~10년 경력)

1-2. Job Description:
• Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products.
• Ensures products meet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.
• Supports product development, quality planning or operations team by creating Control Plans, Process Flow, MSA, Cpk reports.
• Participate in product qualification, design & testing requirement reviews
• Perform Run @ Rate capacity validation
• Identifies root causes of problems in the launch process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures.
• 8D or CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reporting
• PPAP & Engineering Change Support
• Performs other duties as assigned.

1-3. Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s production processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
