DS-260 작성중에 한가지 문의를 드립니다. 이런 문구가 있기는 합니다만, "Your petitioner is generally the U.S. person or business who made a formal request that you be considered for an immigration visa or permanent legal residence. Your petitioner is generally your U.S. citizen relative, you U.S. permanent resident relative, or your U.S. employer. In some cases you may have filed a petition on your own behalf." 이렇게 Petitioner를 묻는 난이 있는데, 이 경우, 가족들의 Petitioner는 영주권을 받은 아빠가 되는 것인지 아니면 Employment Base 이므로 (또한 follow to Join) I-140의 Petitioner 가 되는지 모르겠습니다. 경험 있으신 분들 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다. 조언에 미리 감사드립니다.
