      security clearance를 위해서는 미국 시민권이 있어야 되는 걸로 알고 있습니만, DOE(department of Energy)에 Q-clearance는 어떻게 되는지 모르겠습니다.

      Q clearance is a United States Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance equivalent to a United States Department of Defense Top Secret (TS) clearance and Critical Nuclear Weapon Design Information (CNWDI).[1] DOE clearances apply for access specifically relating to atomic or nuclear related materials (“Restricted Data” under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954). The clearance is issued to non-military personnel only.
