Do I need to submit pictures to apply Re – entry?

    According to the instrucion, there is no mention about pictures for re-entry form.
    They say pictures are required only to apply for advanced parole and refugee.

    Can anybody give me an answer please?

      Pictures are not required for an I-131 re-entry permit. USCIS will capture your photo and fingerprints at your scheduled biometrics appointment.
