보니 fragmented file이 많아 거의 꽉찾더라구요 빨간색이
Fee space는 별로 없고

그래서 일단 화일을 C:에서 지우고 몇번을 다시 시도했는데
별 진전이 없네요.

참고로 Disk space가 Used 26Gb Free 10GB이거든요

컴 속도가 넘 느려고 했는데
이런경우 어떻게 해야하나요?

네트웍을 디스커넥트 시킨다음 (피지컬리) 안티바이러스 프로그램을 디스에이블 시키고 다시 해보세요.

You need to start it after stop all of process.
Go msconfig and erase all of backlog running process.
Reboot
Go Task Manager and stop all of application.
And start Disk defragmenter.
It took 10 hours for me to complete similar size disk.
