Job Description:

Sustainability Strategy Development:

Responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sustainability strategy to ensure that the company’s long-term goals in environmental, social and governance (ESG) are consistent with business goals.

Evaluate industry best practices, establish sustainability goals, and ensure that they are consistent with the company’s overall development strategy.

Policy and Regulatory Compliance:

Be familiar with domestic and international laws, regulations and standards related to sustainable development to ensure that the company’s operations meet all compliance requirements.

Study and track changes in environmental policies and adjust company strategies in a timely manner to meet new requirements.

Project Management and Implementation:

Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of sustainability-related projects to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and with high quality.

Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability projects, provide data support and improvement suggestions.

Cross-departmental Collaboration and Training:

Promote cooperation with various departments within the company (such as R&D, production, marketing, etc.) to jointly promote the realization of sustainable development goals.

Organize training and publicity activities to increase the awareness and participation of all employees in the importance of sustainable development.
Environmental Impact Assessment:

Conduct environmental impact assessment, analyze the potential impact of the company’s operations on the environment, and develop improvement measures to reduce negative impacts.
Participate in product design and development, promote resource conservation, energy efficiency improvement and the application of environmentally friendly materials.
Stakeholder Communication:

Establish good relations with the government, suppliers, customers and social organizations, actively participate in relevant industry activities and forums, and enhance the company’s social responsibility image.
Regularly publish sustainable development reports and report the company’s progress and achievements in sustainable development to external stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Responsible for organizing sustainable development-related data collection and analysis, generating various reports, and evaluating progress in achieving goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report sustainable development-related achievements to senior management on a regular basis.
Innovation and Technology Development:

Encourage teams and departments to innovate in the field of sustainable development, explore new technologies and methods, and promote the development and promotion of sustainable products and services.
Evaluate emerging technologies related to sustainable development and seek their application potential in the company.
Qualifications:

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, environmental science, sustainable development, management or related majors.

Work Experience: More than 5 years of work experience in sustainable development or environmental management related fields, with successful cases of implementing sustainable development strategies in enterprises or organizations preferred.

Expertise: Familiar with the latest trends, regulations and certification standards in the field of sustainable development (such as ISO 14001, LEED, etc.).

Skill Requirements:

Strong project management ability, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental teams and promote project implementation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders.

Strong analytical ability, able to extract valuable information from complex data and make effective decisions.
