    Job description as follows:
    Procurement strategy formulation and implementation:

    Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the overall procurement strategy for battery materials to ensure that material procurement meets the company’s R&D, production and market needs.

    Conduct market analysis, identify and evaluate material suppliers, and formulate long-term supply chain strategies.
    Supplier management:

    Establish and maintain supplier relationships, conduct regular evaluations and audits to ensure that they meet the company’s quality standards and delivery requirements.

    Participate in negotiations and contract signing to ensure the best procurement costs and supply conditions, and replace suppliers when necessary.
    Material procurement planning:

    Develop procurement plans based on market demand forecasts to ensure the stability and timeliness of material supply and reduce inventory costs.
    Coordinate the needs of different departments, optimize procurement processes, and improve procurement efficiency.
    Quality control and risk management:

    Responsible for the supervision and inspection of material quality to ensure that all purchased materials meet relevant standards and technical requirements.

    Establish a sound risk assessment mechanism to properly deal with risks that may arise in the supply chain and formulate response strategies.
    Market research and cost control:

    Conduct market research regularly, analyze the market dynamics of battery materials, and grasp the industry’s technological trends and price trends.
    Monitor procurement costs and budgets, find opportunities to save costs, and improve procurement efficiency.
    Team management and development:

    Establish and manage the battery material procurement team, set team goals and performance indicators, and conduct team training and incentives.
    Promote the professional development and skill improvement of team members, and create a good working atmosphere and teamwork culture.
    Cross-departmental collaboration:

    Work closely with R&D, production, quality management, and finance departments to achieve cross-departmental information sharing and collaboration to ensure efficient operation of material supply.
    Provide technical support and market insights to assist the R&D team in exploring and evaluating new materials.
    Compliance and sustainable development:

    Ensure that the procurement process complies with the company’s internal regulations and external laws and regulations, and promote the implementation of sustainable development concepts in procurement.
    Actively participate in the company’s social responsibility (CSR) program and promote the implementation of green procurement strategies.
    Qualifications:

    Education requirements: Master’s degree or above, materials science, supply chain management, engineering management or related professional background.
    Work experience: More than 5 years of management experience in battery material procurement or related fields, with successful strategic procurement management experience, and those who are familiar with the battery material market are preferred.
    Professional knowledge: Understand the technical characteristics, market trends and supply chain management of battery materials, and be familiar with international and domestic procurement processes and laws and regulations.
    Skill requirements:
    Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to establish a good cooperative relationship with suppliers and internal teams.
    Proficient in using procurement management software and data analysis tools, and have certain financial analysis capabilities.
    Innovation ability: Possess forward-looking market insights and be able to propose innovative solutions to optimize material procurement processes and cost structures.
    Self-driven: Possess strong project management and decision-making capabilities, be able to cope with rapidly changing market environments, and actively promote the achievement of goals.
