In this role, you will collaborate with other team members to create owned media growth strategies with an emphasis on content creation. Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute creative ideas for social media content and campaigns 2. Design visually appealing marketing materials and digital assets including social media banners, video thumbnails, stories, merchandise designs, etc. 3. Create short-form video content optimized for high attention retention on platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts 4. Repurpose content from podcasts, interviews, articles, and other company engagements in a creative way 5. Create a content calendar to take charge of organizing posting dates and preparing all necessary content/visuals 6. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to implement social media campaigns and opportunities 7. photographing on-site visits to auction properties. Qualifications 1.
