I went a mexican mechanic to fix my car, then they charged me a different amount when in cash and credit card, saying I have to pay Sales Tax in using credit card. I do not think I’ve ever did pay different in cash and credit card in a store. however, I wasn’t very sure about it, so I paid 8.5% more than the original cost.

–> Is this making sense? how should I complain against this?(when i was going to complain about this, the Mesicans was verbally attaking me!!!

–> have you ever change your window shield glass(front window glass) to new one? my car is Nissan Altima 1998, they charged me 250 bucks, doesn’t it sound overcharge?

it depends on your insurance policy
if you have it as part of your insurance, all you have to pay is deductible, for my case it was $100
