Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of development. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our mission while working in a collaborative environment.

Duties

Assist in the research, design, and evaluation of materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.

· Assist in the suggestion of training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.

· Assist in developing concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.

· Assist in monitoring team metrics and objectives ensuring goals are met.

· Assist in documenting all phases of research and development.

· Participate in customer relationships and assisting in perform RFP Review, Customer Visits, and Product Testing.

· Assist in the research and development on manual and automated platforms.

· Assist in the investigation of new technologies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to maintain relationships

· Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to generate value through creative insight, problem solving skills, technical discipline, personal accountability, economic decision making and critical thinking.

Fluent in the languages of English and Korean

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Fluent in the languages of English and Korean

Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

May perform some duties on the production floor which can be dusty, dirty, and noisy.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Including required use of any Personal Protective Equipment, such as steel toed shoes, safety glasses, cut resistant sleeves/gloves, and ear plugs in required area(s)

Occasionally operate motor vehicle
