Description
A position is available with the growing developer support team of a major mobile application platform. The support specialist will help support app developers across three languages: English and Korean. This position requires a customer-obsessed individuals who is passionate about assisting developers with the timely resolution of issues related to development and application sharing tools.Responsibilities
Provide email and real time support to application platform developers
Collaborate with cross-functional resources to bring issues to resolution with an aggressive service level
Assist with creation and maintenance of online documentation for the application platform
Identify needs and collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processesMinimum Qualifications
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
Love troubleshooting with proven ability to identify and troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently
Fluent oral and written skill in English
Fluent oral and written skill in Korean
At least 1-2 years customer or client service experience
Experience or interest to developing mobile application preferred
Proactive, independent worker who can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of the local internet industry
Good understanding of customer support best practices and familiarity with customer support success metrics
Strong attention to detail and have excellent written communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility
