    The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Philadelphia is seeking a Dedicated Account Manager who is fluent in both English and Korean to serve as the assigned account manager for employers with Korean language needs, ensuring excellent quality service and proper account management.

    What you will do:

    • Ensure excellent service delivery for Korean speaking employers and employees by responding to inquiries in their native language via different channels of communication: emails, phone calls, web inquiries, and benefits presentations.
    • Interpret and promote the Benefits Plan and Assistance Program while facilitating employer-related issues to help grow membership.
    • Serve as a partner in guiding benefit choices available, monitor billing, and manage delinquent accounts.
    • Provide consultation and processes medical pricing cases with PCUSA affiliated employers and congregations to supply medical pricing to grow membership.
    • Provide financial assistance to those in need by processing assistance cases.
    • Partner with the Communications team to proofread Korean translations produced by the Board’s Korean language translation services vendor to support consistent service delivery.

    What you need to succeed in the role:

    • 2 years of experience in a benefits administration and/or Human Resources operation.
    • Fluency in both English and Korean.
    • Proficiency with computerized benefits administration systems and customer care technologies.
    • Excellent analytic and system literacy skills and a strong ability to review, analyze and make necessary recommendations.
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills to help to identify solutions to unique customer needs.
    • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure service is completed in a timely manner.
    • The ability to build rapport with employers, remain calm and focused, and function effectively in a team environment.
    • The ability to comprehend, interpret, and communicate medical and benefits information in lay-person’s terms.
    • The ability to work well with diverse groups and all levels of management to ensure the Board is consistent in its delivery of service.
    • An ability to effectively work remotely utilizing an uninterrupted internet connection, as required.
    • An ability, interest and desire to stay current via seminars, industry literature, and formal training and development.
