Qualifications:
– Bilingual in Korean and English (written and verbal)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting)
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Prefer basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
– Accurately enter, update, and maintain logistics and shipment data in company databases and spreadsheets
– Manage and organize datasets using Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables)
– Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in shipment, inventory, and transportation records
– Prepare regular reports related to logistics operations and data tracking
