Requirement: Bilingual Korean and English

Key Responsibilities
Develop logistics operation plans aligned with production schedules
Forecast logistics resource requirements based on volume changes
Analyze operational data and KPIs to improve logistics efficiency
Support process improvements to accommodate increased production volume
Prepare planning reports and performance dashboards

Qualifications
Bilingual in English & Korean
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics planning, SCM, or operations planning
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience working in a manufacturing or production-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in plant logistics planning
Supervisor-level experience
Experience with KPI management and performance reporting
