Gather competitive freight rates from carriers and coordinate closely with sales or pricing teams to ensure alignment on service and cost strategies • Billing & Invoicing: Review and process billing accurately, ensuring clients are charged correctly • and on time • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems such as delays, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies • Warehouse Support: Inspect all cargo for damages prior to import/export. Verify documentation accuracy and label shipments correctly for international transit <strong>Qualifications:</strong> • Experience: Prior air import/export or international logistics experience strongly preferred but not required • Knowledge: Solid understanding of import/export documentation, air freight procedures, RFQ/bidding processes, pricing structures, and global compliance standards • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Education: High school diploma required.
