    ***About the requirements

    -Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
    At least 8 years of experience in one or more: Project Accounting, Procurement, and Resource Management
    -Experience with procurement RFP’s, tracking cost savings, data analysis, vendor negotiations, and establishing stakeholder engagement.
    -Proficient in writing documentation related to operation and procurement policies, procedures, guides, and other material.
    -Advanced Excel skills with the ability to translate data into decision making.
    -Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data/facts to support conclusions and recommendations.
    -Experience with general accounting principals
    -Demonstrated history of stakeholder management
    -Agency or Professional Services experience a strong plus
    -Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented
    -Open to travel, extended hours and weekend work as necessary

    ***About the role

    This job is multidimensional. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.
    Procurement: drive compliance and standardization across North America to achieve operational excellence
    o Act as SME on proprietary e-bidding system
    o Perform market research to identify potential vendors, calculate baseline and formulate RFP questions in preparation for the bid or proposal process
    o Data collection including spend analysis, tracking contract expiry reports and manage KPI
    o Lead contract negotiation throughout the sourcing process
    Resourcing: manage and monitor resource utilization, burn and churn rates, and capacity planning
    o Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming projects across the agency, building strong relationships with departmental leads, operations, project management, and producers
    o Proactively strategizes department staffing needs, identifying peaks/valleys, core competency gaps/redundancies based on client forecasts and trends.
    o Leads resourcing meetings to ensure talent is properly utilized and works to resolve any conflicts or balance workloads.
    o Alerts leads of any potential concerns or issues in meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing and makes recommendations to resolve
    o Partners with leads to identify when internal talent is not available, identifies needs for freelance talent, creates the business case to hire and works with TA to secure the proper temporary support.
    o Works with the Talent team to on-board department new hires and freelancers
    o Reviews monthly utilization reports and ensures resourcing plans are up to date
    o Continuously strategizes new ideas for process
    Project Accounting: own the financials for all client projects to ensure that Cheil remains profitable and efficient
    o Prepare client financial deliverables including but not limited to monthly accruals and client trackers, prepare invoices and follow up on past due invoices
    o Assist with the preparation and investigation of hours and expenses for client projects incurred to track against forecast and billings
    o Setup new projects awarded in all accounting systems and files
    o Assist in job code and rate card maintenance
    o Support project leads on ad-hoc requests and analysis as required
    o Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities.
    o Review financial data on client contracts
    o Management of revenue/GP/cost actuals and forecasts for the client projects
