Key Responsibilities: Ensure that the customers' requirements are all identified and well understood by the project teams Align and tailor the customer message with the Project Management team Provide leadership and guidance to the global cross-functional project team and ensure that the team is driving towards excellence Initiate and conduct all possible actions in order to be able to submit, within the time limits, a competitive quotation technically and economically Ensure that the customers’ procedures and processes are all identified and well understood by the project teams Identify the need from global cross-functional project team and coordinate between customer and team Work together with HQ sales team to make a feasible cost strategy plan Be an active player to solve out any project management issues raised by customers or internal cross-functional project team, collaborating with Korea PM Collaborate with other members of leadership to develop and drive a forward-thinking and winning culture Manage the project status progress and encourage very diverse background of team to complete the job in time Flexibly work together with the team to show the commitment to deal with both development team in Korea, Local Mobis development team, and local customer Collaborative Working Relationships Manufacturing Purchasing Sales & Customer Engineering Educational Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field Required Skills & Experience: Bi-lingual (Korean and English) is required for this role 5+ years of automotive program/project development Global Automotive OEM experience Experience working on Automotive Lighting products in the past is a plus Advanced managerial skills; planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, delegation, project management, and employee development Advanced verbal communication skills, including group presentation, negotiation, and influencing Ability to prepare complex written report and other documents Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership, management, customers, suppliers, and employees Ability to analyze and evaluate project risk of any issues raised by customer in timing or cost, and provide appropriate resolution Core Competencies: Time Management Leadership Communication Interpersonal Problem-Solving Cultural Sensitivity I agree to the terms of service Update List
