병원에서 일하는데 새로 일하는 병원에서 받는 페이첵에 얼마 전부터 FLSA 라고 몇 시간씩 찍히면서 돈을 주는데 궁금해서 구글링 해봤더니 이런 답변이 있네요. 그런데 읽어봐도 뭔소리인가 싶어서요 -_-

주당 40시간 이상 근무시 지급하는 over work hour에 대한 지급액인 걸로 알고 있습니다.
