    We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Project Manager Assistant to join our team on a 2-year temporary assignment. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Project Manager to ensure the seamless execution of construction projects from start to finish. Upon project completion, there is potential for reassignment to a different department based on your skills, performance, and interests.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

    Track project progress and costs, and prepare regular updates for the Project Manager and stakeholders.

    Manage and organize all project documentation, including permits, contracts, drawings, and change orders.

    Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor safety, quality, and compliance with plans/specifications.

    Translate and communicate effectively in both English and Korean with internal teams and external partners.

    Assist in resolving project-related issues and help mitigate risks and delays.

    Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, report preparation, and file management.

    Develop working knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and regulations.

    Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset, with openness to internal transition after project closeout.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

    Prior experience in a construction or project coordination role (preferred).

    Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

    Willingness to take initiative and learn on the job.

    Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel to job sites as needed.
