Assist management in project bidding and change order pricing. Provide solutions to increase productivity or costs. Reviewing Bill of Quantity Reviewing quotes and estimates from vendors and subcontractors Preparing reports detailing all of the costs into project Alalysing and presenting cost estimates to management Preparing Bill of Quantity by alalying construction documents Identifiing material, labor and time requirments Computing cost by understanding client specifications Tracking and updating the costs of projects from previous projects and other resuources QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATES / LICENSES Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial Experience in Construction work Knowledge of OSHA and other applicable safety standards Ability to read specifications and blueprints Must read and understand construction documents Must use AutoCAD and Revit BIM software Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Construction: 5 years (Required) Construction estimating: 3 years (Required) Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply Only full-time employees eligible Contact US : hr@ycglobal.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
