Concurrent H1b petition은 고용주의 not-for profit/or for-profit/or affiliated with institution 등에 관계없이, Primary H1b 비자가 유요한 상태에서, cap exemption이 되어 주로 part time 용도로 사용되고 있는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 궁금한 점은 현 직장(primary H1b-cap exempt)에서 concurrent H1b을 petition한 Secondary employer(For profit, cap subject)에게로 full time으로 이직을 결정할 경우, part time으로 시작한 concurrent H1b는 여전히 유효한지, amendment가 필요한지 여부와, 만약에 extension을 해야 한다면 cap subject가 되는지 알려주시면 고맙겠습니다.
