This position requires a deep battery technology background, excellent project management skills and team leadership experience, and the ability to lead technological progress in a rapidly changing industry. Main Responsibilities Technology R&D Lead the R&D projects of new battery products, from concept to prototype to mass production, to ensure the feasibility and innovation of the technology route. Responsible for the research and development of core technologies such as battery materials, design, manufacturing processes and performance testing. Project Management Develop plans, schedules and budgets for R&D projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, according to quality and at cost. Organize cross-departmental teams, coordinate resources from all parties, promote project progress, and solve technical problems in the R&D process. Technology Innovation Continuously track the development trends and technological dynamics of the battery industry, and promote the application and implementation of new technologies. Conduct research on cutting-edge technologies, including the exploration and verification of new battery technologies such as solid-state batteries and lithium-sulfur batteries. Product Testing and Verification Design and implement battery performance testing programs to ensure that products meet safety, reliability and performance indicators. Analyze test data and write technical reports to provide a basis for product improvement and optimization. Team Management Lead the R&D team, cultivate and develop the professional skills of team members, and enhance the overall R&D capabilities of the team. Job Requirements Education: Master degree or above in electrochemistry, materials science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related majors. Experience: At least 10 years of R&D experience in batteries or related fields, and more than 3 years of team management experience. Skills: Proficient in the design and development of lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries or other types of batteries, and those with independent project development experience are preferred. Proficient in using simulation and analysis tools related to battery research and development, such as COMSOL, Matlab, etc. Good project management skills and experienced product development processes.
