미국에 있는 사람은 영향을 안받고 한국에서 들어오시는 분들께 영향을 끼칠거같다는 전망이네요.
전부 막으려고 해도 court에서 막아버릴거같다구요..—————————————————–
President Trump on Monday night said he will sign an executive order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States amid the coronavirus pandemic. He tweeted:“In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens, I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!”
It was not immediately clear what Trump was referring to or how his order would be carried out. Based on current information, it is our interpretation that the executive order may suspend the entry of all aliens into the US. but it should not affect the filing of I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131 or I-129 in the U.S. or the processing of these cases. We will provide further information after the Executive Order is released.
That being said, the Executive Order, if issued, is likely to face legal challenges at federal courts.
We will monitor the situation and keep you posted in case any change would affect your applications.
