주요 업무:
• 고객 대응 및 협상 업무
• 수입 물류 및 통관 관련 업무
• 고객 요구에 따른 운영 계획 수립 및 유지
• 운송사 및 3자 물류사와의 요율 협의 (해상/항공/육상 운송)
• SOP) 및 작업 지침 관리 및 주누
• 관련 법규 준수를 위한 운영 절차 수립
• 운송사, 협력업체, 내부 팀과의 협업 및 문제 해결
• KPI 및 성과 분석, 고객 만족도 관리
• 회사의 근무 시간, 정책, 절차, 전문 직원 행동 규정 숙지 및 준수
• 필요 시 기타 지시된 직무 수행

자격 요건 및 우대사항:
• 물류 운영 경력 3년 이상 (수출입/운송 등)
• 포워딩 또는 물류업계(해상/항공 운송) 경력 2년 이상 우대
• WMS(창고관리시스템) 경험 우대
• Excel, PowerPoint 활용 능력
• 세밀하고 체계적인 업무 처리 능력
• 영어/한국어 이중언어 가능자 우대
• 탁월한 분석 및 문제 해결 능력
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 대인 관계 능력
• 스트레스 상황에서도 침착하게 대응하며 긴박한 업무 처리 가능자
• Outlook 및 MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 숙련자
• 학사 학위 소지자 우대

Responsibilities:
• Strong customer orientation and strong negotiating skills
• Background in import logistics, global import operations, and Customs Compliance
• Develop and maintain operational plans to include all business requirements of customers
• Provide pricing for ocean/air/trucking freight with carriers, 3rd party logistics providers
• SOP/Work Instruction maintenance and ensuring operational best practice in line with customer requirements as well as ensuring operational SOP compliance
• Responsible for developing and enforcing standard operating procedures to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to shipments and transportation
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal team members, and helps resolve any freight problems that may arise
• Review KPIs for each business and performance regularly for customer satisfaction
• Learn and follows company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
• Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required
• Performs other job-related duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations (import/export/trucking, etc.
• Preferred 2+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean/Air Carrier) but not required
• Warehouse (WMS) experience preferred
• Strong Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint preparation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively
• Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
