여러분들은 이 status를 어떻게 생각하시나요?

최근 인터뷰 노티스받거나 보신분들은 대부분 트랜스퍼에서 status가 인터뷰로 움직였고,
그러곤 난 뒤, 인터뷰 끝나신 분들이 Case Remainds Pending로 바뀌시는 경우가 많네요.
케이스 리뷰가 끝났다는 긍정적인 신호라고 생각하시나요?

간혹가다 여기 말고 레딧이나 로플리에서 펜딩이다가 인터뷰 봤다는 분들도 계시네요.

What does my case remains pending mean?
– A “Case Remains Pending” message in case status online indicates that an officer reviewed the application and determined that it could not be approved on that date because the Department of State could not allocate a visa number.

전 승인날때까지 case remains pending 이 문장 제 status에서 한번도 나온적 없어요..
그저 의미없는 문장일뿐입니다.

기도// 본인의 사례하나에 기반한 일반화의 오류십니다. USCIS 홈페이지에서 공지하다시피, 비자넘버가 allot이 안된경우에 보통은 뜹니다.

펜딩// 대부분의 경우 CRP 이후 승인 납니다. 최종심사까지 마무리 됐고, 비자넘버가 얼랏이 안됐다는거니까요.

다들 다르긴 하지만 비숙련일 경우 485 신청하실때 갖고계셨던 신분, F1 비자였으면 case remains pending에서 인터뷰 날짜 잡히고 인터뷰로 넘어감
H1B 였으면 이관후 case remains pending 으로 바뀌였는데 H1B비자 신분은 interview waived 로 알고있어서 문호 날짜에 맞추면
바로 영주권 승인 나오는걸로 압니다.
F1) finger taken- case was transferred another office- case remains pending- interview scheduled- case remains pending- 485 approved
H1B) finger taken -case was transferred another office- case transferred and new office has jurisdiction – case remains pending- 485 approved

The Secretary of State, with the concurrence of the Department of Homeland Security, has extended until December 31, 2023, previously approved authorities allowing consular officers to waive the in-person interview for certain H-2 (temporary agricultural and non-agricultural workers) applicants; certain students, professors, research scholars, short-term scholars, or specialists (F, M, and academic J visa applicants); and for certain temporary workers who have an individual petition approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (H-1, H-3, H-4, L, O, P, and Q visa applicants) who meet certain conditions, including that they are applying for a visa in their country of nationality or residence.
