" EB2로 하고 있고요. 아직 I-140이 승인이 안 났습니다. 작년 9월 초에 동시 일반 파일링하였고요. 그런데 오늘 I-485 번호로 조회를 해보니 상태가 위로 바뀌었네요. 이 전까지 제 기억으로 핑거 프린팅 받았다 뭐 그런 것이었습니다. EAD/AP 카드 역시 작년에 받았고요. 이게 485 승인 났다는 소리인가요? 도대체 140 승인이 안 나도 485가 승인 먼저 날 수 있나보네요? 네브레스카입니다. I agree to the terms of service Update List
