If company doesn’t pay for the lawyer and charges on me, Wouldn’t be better off hiring my own lawyer, instead of the lawyer my company deals with, to process my H1B?

my case is very simple case!

Are there reasons company unfavor my willingness to hire own lawyer to process my working visa?

Is it true that company doesn’t want to provide details to outsider lawyer? I don’t think H1B really needs company’s financial details to lawyer isn’t it?

Any recommendation?

fee is expensive(2-3times more at c’s lawyer)but
the most important, I heard most of company’s lawyer favor company not me.
