Financial Planning and Budgeting • Collaborate with finance teams to develop annual and long-term budgets. • Analyze cost structures and propose efficient resource allocation. • Track financial performance and prepare reports for senior management. • Review CP for on-going business plan 2. Project Planning and Coordination • Initiate and manage cross-departmental projects from conception to completion. • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. • Present findings and data-driven insights to support decision-making. 3. Business Performance Management Support • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all business units. • Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement. • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing efficiency and profitability. • Manage monthly plan, actual performance compared to business plan and variance consolidation. 4.
