Position – Business planning & Analyst (Sr. associated to Manager Level) Location: Vernon hills IL Responsibilities • Establish corporation's yearly strategic goals and business plans • Allocate yearly Sales goal, cost, and manage usage of the budget by month • Maintain Business planning and strategy for America operation (Yearly / Quartey / Monthly) • Analyze business performance (Sales, Cost, and SG&A Expense Analysis) • report business report for top management and HQ • Measure profitability for a new business or market channel • Market research and reporting • Prepare weekly management meetings and business workshops • follow up for Executive or HQ and HQ Work order Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3 + years work experience in business planning or management • Utilize/Create reports using MS Office fluently (Excel, PowerPoint) • Fluent English/Korean (Read/Write/Speak/Listen) • Preferred Sales/distribution, Manufacturing company experience in US Market • Excellent people skills for dealing with managers of the related department Salary level. 60k -100 k per yearly, DOE (Can relocation support) Other benefits: • Health, dental and vision insurance at no cost to the employee (excludes co-pays) • 401K plan with 2% match • Long/short term disability insurance • Life insurance • paid vacation(2weeks/10 business days per year, but not more than 5days at a time) • 5 personal/sick days in a year • A culture of work-life balance.
