We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, develop new customer pipelines, and drive POC (Proof of Concept)-based engagements with major U.S. enterprise clients and EV OEMs. Key Responsibilities 1. Robotics Business Development (AMR, AFT, Parking Robot) Identify and develop new opportunities with Automotive OEMs, Hotels, Logistics Operators, and enterprise customers. Lead POC planning and execution, including proposal development, ROI analysis, and project coordination. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Innovation teams). Collaborate with global R&D, engineering, and SI partners for solution design and technical alignment. Coverage: East & West Coast. 2. Automotive OEM Business Development Expand programs with Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and emerging EV manufacturers. Manage early-stage BD pipeline: opportunity scouting, RFQ intelligence, positioning, and deal shaping. Support pre-award/award activities, technical coordination, and cross-functional alignment. Track EV industry trends to propose new product opportunities. Coverage: West Coast. – focus on EV in california Requirements Experience: 2+ years in Business Development, Strategic Sales, OEM Account Management, or related fields. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level customer engagement. Competency: Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles. Travel: Ability to travel frequently across the U.S. Language: Business-level English & Advanced-level Korean. Work Mode: On-site. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, or similar OEMs. Technical knowledge of AMR/AGV/AFT, robotics, automated parking, or smart factory solutions. Experience designing or executing POC/Pilot projects. Engineering background is a plus (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial). Korean Language & Cultural Fit (Preferred) Korean/English bilingual proficiency is highly preferred for seamless collaboration with Korea HQ and global engineering teams. Ability to handle Korean business documentation and technical communication.
