Portfolio management
• Manage and coordinate all activities (including sales performance) for the non-promoted/mature product portfolio to maximize its sales potential.
• Ensure optimal portfolio management and ROI.
• Lead initiatives around Tamiflu activities on both government pandemic and seasonal demand.
Commercial Projects
• Ensure all commercial projects and activities are optimized. Objective of such projects is to identify additional business opportunities & to assess current business models with existing business opportunities.
• Extract insights from these projects and provide strategic recommendations to the senior leadership team.
Partnership
• Responsible for the early strategic analysis and planning & seeking opportunities for local business potential for strategic alliances, partnerships, pipeline/research compounds expected to enter the portfolio.
• Build and maintain positive relationship with business partners to contribute on company growth.
