Position Title: Business Development Director
Business Strategy Development:
Develop and implement the company’s business development strategy, including market entry strategies, product expansion, and sales channel development.
Identify new opportunities and potential risks based on market changes, and adjust business development direction.
Market Analysis and Industry Research:
Analyze industry trends, market demand, and competitors, and propose practical market entry and expansion plans.
Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data, address customer needs and pain points, and support business decisions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, driving in-depth business collaborations.
Focus on customers, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met, and coordinating internal resources to optimize the customer experience.
Sales Team Management:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve team performance and efficiency.
Direct the sales team’s daily operations, develop sales incentive programs, and drive team performance improvement.
Business Collaboration and Partnerships:
Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, promote business collaborations, and expand the company’s market share.
Sign commercial contracts and agreements to ensure the best interests of all parties involved. Budget and Financial Management:
Develop and manage business development budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization and risk management.
Monitor financial indicators related to business development to ensure expected profit targets are achieved.
Performance Reporting and Feedback:
Regularly report business development progress, market dynamics, and industry trends to the senior management team.
Analyze performance, propose improvement measures, and drive continuous optimization of business strategies.
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements: Master’s degree or higher (e.g., MBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).
Work Experience: 5+ years of business development, marketing, or related management experience; industry experience preferred.Skills Requirements:
Excellent market research and analysis skills, with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Strong project management skills, with strategic thinking and execution capabilities;
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment and possess strong problem-solving skills.
