About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team, focused on supporting LG Home Appliances. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering the potential for a seamless transition to a regular, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Tableau and Salesforce dashboards and reports to help analyze key metrics such as pipeline status and project updates.
• Present reports from Salesforce on project activity and pipeline status at cross-functional team meetings on a regular basis
• Generate actionable insights from data in Salesforce per request
• Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance for discrepancies, missing values, and duplicates and resolve any issues while collaborating with developers and internal IT teams
• Provide process improvement solutions using VBA, SQL, python, or any other IT skillset when needed
• Collaborate with other team members on mass data upload, audit, and testing to enhance Salesforce Cloud for our users

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis, business strategy, finance/banking, consulting, or related role required
• Familiarity in Salesforce Cloud and Tableau
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Intermediate understanding of excel VBA, SQL, and Python
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bilingual: English and Korean (written & verbal) preferred

About the Benefits:
Pay: The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000
