The company is also one of the world’s largest traders of paper products, trading more than 200,000 tons of paper products annually, including recovered paper and prime paper. Responsibilities: - General accounting activities including journal entries and account reconciliations - Bookkeeping, write checks, balance book - L/C nego document submission and check - Verify invoices with backup documents - Update Quickbooks and proprietary software with shipment data - Perform all other duties as assigned and required Preferred Qualification: - Bilingual English and Korean (Fluency in English a must) - 3+ years bookkeeping experience - Working knowledge of QuickBooks - A/R, A/P, bank rec. & general operations - Experience with ocean imports/exports is preferred - High proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) - Good communication skills - Highly organized - US work authorization Benefits: - Market-based pay with the opportunity for annual merit increases and bonuses - Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans. - 401K Savings Plan (with company match) - Paid sick days, vacation days, personal day(s), and company holidays - Catered lunch on Mondays - Sit/stand desks I agree to the terms of service Update List
