Position Title: Logistics (RMA Process)

General Responsibilities:
• Diagnose returned merchandise
• Determine product’s faulty, create Credit memo
• Communication with customers regarding RMA matters

Qualifications:
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of customer service

Stipend: $20-$22/hour
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
