Job Description:

Battery Design and Development:

Responsible for the design and optimization of battery cells and systems to ensure that product performance, cost and safety requirements are met.

Participate in the concept verification and product development process of new products, from preliminary design, sample production to final production.

Battery Performance Testing and Evaluation:

Perform battery charge and discharge tests, cycle life tests, thermal tests, etc. to monitor the performance and safety of batteries under various operating conditions.

Use data analysis tools to process test data, generate detailed performance evaluation reports, and make improvement suggestions.

Material and Component Selection:

Responsible for selecting appropriate battery materials (such as positive and negative electrode materials and electrolytes), taking into account performance, cost, safety and sustainability.

Evaluate and test the adaptability of different materials in battery design to improve the overall performance of the battery.

Battery Management System (BMS):

Participate in the design and development of battery management systems to ensure safe, reliable and effective management of battery systems.

Optimize BMS functions such as overcharge/overdischarge protection, temperature management and balanced charging.
Production process and process optimization:

Participate in the development of battery production process, optimize production process and parameters, improve production efficiency and product quality.
Solve technical problems in the production process to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Cross-departmental collaboration:

Work closely with R&D, quality control, production and other departments to jointly solve technical problems and challenges in product development.
Provide professional technical support and suggestions based on market demand and technological trends, and assist in product positioning.
Market research and technology trend analysis:

Pay attention to the latest technological developments and market trends in the battery industry, conduct data analysis and technical comparisons, and provide a basis for product upgrades and development.
Participate in writing technical documents and reports to promote technical exchanges and sharing of projects.
Technical support and training:

Provide technical support to the production and sales teams, and answer technical questions from customers and the market.
Participate in internal training, share battery-related knowledge, and improve the overall technical level of the team.
Qualifications:

Education requirements: Master’s degree or above, materials science, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, electrical engineering or related professional background.
Work experience: More than 2 years of experience in battery design, development or related fields. Experience in lithium battery or energy storage system development is preferred.
Professional knowledge: Understand the working principle, material characteristics and battery performance indicators of batteries, and be familiar with battery testing standards and related industry specifications.
Skill requirements:
Proficiency in battery testing equipment and analysis software (such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.).
Have good problem-solving and project management skills, and be able to efficiently advance project progress.
Innovation ability: Have good innovative thinking, and be able to independently conduct research and implement solutions.
Communication skills: Have good teamwork awareness and communication skills, and be able to clearly express technical content and suggestions.
