Bank-owned house사려는데 괜찮을지요? 주의점…

    맘에 드는 위치에 bank owned house가 있는데 이런집을 사도 될지요?
    보통 bank-owned house의 구입은 어떻게 되는지 혹시 알려 주실 분 계신지요?

      my suggest is no don’t buy bank owned property
      most properties are in real bad condition and have to spend lot of money to fix(remodeling)

      Business week (last week edition) talked about bank-owned house. There are two kind of selling – through auctions and through real estate agent. I recommend that you read the Business week.
