This will include managing and developing an Automotive OEM market and growing the Automotive OEM customer base in the US and Mexico. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and an overall team player, with experience managing corporate key accounts, managing Automotive OEM customers, and successfully developing new Automotive OEM businesses. This position will work out of our Kyle TX office and is eligible for a hybrid-remote schedule. Occasional travel to our other plants and customer locations may be required. Principle Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales goals, update monthly and annual forecasts. Develop top quality Automotive OEM’s. Lead and collaborate with the inside sales support team to meet the order intake, sales, and gross margin goals. Establish and deploy specific actions to develop relationships to grow Automotive OEM direct sales with corporate clients, key accounts and resellers. Responsible for key business opportunities at any given stage of the sales cycle. Writing specifications on Simwon products to give Simwon an advantage over our competition. Update and maintain the accuracy of the proposal log. Review and negotiate Terms and Conditions within Simwon guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders within Simwon to align the industrial product portfolio with the US and Mexico market, with regards to features and specifications, pricing, lead times, and availability. Update company introduction materials including new customer search and market trend data. Assist with postproduction project management of major changes. Monitor and support projects after production. Lead/Support cross-functional/cross-continental locations Project Teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Process, Manufacturing, Logistics) to achieve project timeline and goals. Work closely with customers to update them with project status and discuss open items. Analyze data and develop meaningful KPIs to present the status of programs and escalate critical issues. Other assignments that may be necessary to support the business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business / Engineering related degree and administrative professional certification preferred. 5+ years project management experience at an automotive OEM or tier 1 supplier. 2+ years’ experience supervising technical personnel preferred. Skills in Microsoft office; especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Value Selling Oriented – Able to discover, understand, and relate to the client’s needs. Physical Requirements Work is considered low physical work in an office and production setting. Must possess strength, stamina, and mobility to perform low physical work indoors with minimum exposure to dust.
