Position Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Associate
Job Type: J1, OPT, Local

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate shipping and receiving operations to support overall supply chain flow.
2. Prepare and package products for outbound shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance
with customer requirements.
3. Utilize ERP systems to update inventory records and manage order fulfillment processes.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions.
5. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
6. Uphold quality and safety standards across all logistics functions.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations
preferred.
– Basic understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management.
– Experience with ERP systems and data entry.
– Ability to lift 30 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
– Comfortable working in a physically active, non-climate-controlled environment.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Stipend: $50,000 – 60,000 (year)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
