Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Contract Period: 1 year + extension or direct hire
Location: Austin, TX
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to change)

Responsibilities:
• Design and Architect Enterprise Networks: Lead the planning and implementation of scalable, secure network infrastructures using Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms, tailored to support high-demand environments.
• Manage Advanced Routing & Switching Protocols: Configure and optimize complex routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and EVPN, ensuring efficient traffic flow and high availability across global sites.
• Implement and Maintain F5 Load Balancing Solutions: Deploy and manage F5 appliances, including custom iRules scripting, to ensure application resilience, performance, and intelligent traffic distribution.
• Troubleshoot Critical Network Issues: Serve as the escalation point for diagnosing and resolving L2/L3 connectivity problems, hardware failures, and VPN-related disruptions across enterprise systems.
• Secure Network Infrastructure: Enforce robust security practices using technologies like IPSec, 802.1x, TACACS+, and firewalls, while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.
• Support Multicast and Manufacturing-Specific Protocols: Configure and maintain multicast technologies including PIM, MSDP, and Anycast-RP to support real-time data delivery in manufacturing environments.
• Lead Network Upgrades and Migrations: Drive hardware/software refreshes, network expansions, and migration projects with minimal downtime and maximum operational continuity.
• Collaborate Across Teams and Vendors: Interface with cross-functional teams, ISPs, and hardware vendors to coordinate maintenance windows, resolve escalations, and manage RMA processes.
• Document and Standardize Network Operations: Maintain detailed network diagrams, configuration records, and SOPs to support audit readiness and streamline troubleshooting.
• Mentor and Develop Team Talent: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.

자격 요건 (Requirements / Qualifications):
• 컴퓨터공학, 정보기술(IT) 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위
• 대규모 엔터프라이즈급 네트워크 운영 환경에서 8년 이상의 실무 경험 (기획, 설계, 구축, 운영 및 지원 포함)
– Cisco 장비(Catalyst, Nexus), 방화벽, 로드 밸런서 중심의 경험 필수
• CCNP Enterprise 또는 CCIE 자격증 보유자 (현재 유효하거나 최근 3년 이내 만료된 경우 포함)
• 라우팅 프로토콜 및 네트워크 기술에 대한 풍부한 실무 경험
• 하드웨어 문제, L3/L2 이슈, 애플리케이션 연결 문제, P2P VPN 연결 등 복잡한 네트워크 장애 트러블슈팅 능력
• 제조업 환경에서 PIM, MSDP, Anycast-RP, Multicast 운영 경험
• 네트워크 모니터링 도구 사용 경험
• 고객 중심 마인드, 오너십 및 긴급 대응 능력 보유
• 네트워크 문서화에 대한 책임감과 팀원 멘토링에 대한 열정
• 텍사스주 Taylor, TX에서 차량으로 1시간 이내 거주 필수
• 주 5일 오피스 출근 가능자
• 한국어·영어 이중언어 가능자

우대 사항 (Preferred Qualifications):
• 대규모 제조업 네트워크 환경 지원 경험 (특히 24/7 운영 환경 경험자 우대)
• 고가용성(High Availability) 네트워크 환경에 대한 전문 지식
• 서버 네트워크 연결(Teaming, VPC, LACP)에 대한 탄탄한 경험
• F5 Load Balancer 구성 및 iRules 경험
• 패킷 캡처 분석(Packet Capture Analysis), SSL 인증서 관련 경험
• F5 Load Balancer 또는 Palo Alto Firewall 자격증 보유자 (최소 5년 이상의 실무 경험 필수)
• Unix/Linux 환경 이해 및 Python, Ansible 등 자동화 스크립팅 경험자 우대
